New Zealand

A number of T/CM modalities have been recognized by the Government of New Zealand and regulated by law since the early 1960s (1). In addition, education in New Zealand is also generally tied closely to neighboring Australia, as evident in the forming of the Ministerial Council on Education, Employment, Training and Youth Affairs.
