How Bromelain interacts with Antiplatelet medications

Laboratory studies have reported that bromelain inhibits platelet aggregation and has fibrinolytic activity which may alter the effects of these medications and possibly the dose needed for treatment. Use with caution. (1)

These drugs include aspirin, dipyridamole, anagrelide, cilostazol, clopidogrel, ticlopidine, abciximab, tirofiban, eptifibatide
