Effect of acupuncture on neck pain

Effect of acupuncture on neck pain	Intensity of neck pain	20 studies that meet the inclusion criteria were included. All of the included studies are RCT.	Out of 20 studies, 14 studies showed that acupuncture as well as trigger point and dry needling alone has a positive feedback in reducing chronic neck pain compare to placebo or other treatment. 3 studies showed no significant difference while 3 studies showed that acupuncture only effective in reducing neck pain when combined with paraspinal dry needling and self neck-stretching exercises.
