Aloe Vera : interaction with vitamins (Vitamin C and E)

Studies have reported that consumption of Aloe vera gel (capsule) with vitamin C and E might delay, and enhance, the absorption of vitamin C and vitamin E. The absorption of vitamin C and E became slower and the vitamins last longer in the body. (1)

Clinical evidence:
Aloe vera gel appeared to enhance the absoption of Vitamin C by 3-fold and Vitamin E by 3.7-fold.
