Red clover has hormonal-like activity, which may alter the effects of these medications and possibly the dose needed for treatment. Use with caution. (1) (2) These drugs include conjugated estrogens, estradiol, estrone, esterified estrogens, estropipate, ethinyl estradiol, raloxifene, transdermal estradiol, vaginal estrogens.
