2.3.23.2 Analysis
The total price values of import Gaharu wood fluctuated violently throughout the years in consideration. The total price and quantity had decreased significantly, and, in year 2007 there was no more import of the product. The high cost of the product in terms of its value per unit quantity (kg) had resulted in the reduction of the amount being imported the highest cost per unit quantity was in year 2005 reaching over RM 46/kg.
